What You’ll Need

  • 4 oz. soft goat cheese or cream Cheese (optional) 
  • alternative cheese – Manchego

How to Make It

  1. Slice the baguette into 1/3-inch slices and lightly toast on both sides.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cheese on each slice.
  3. Carefully cut membrillo into slices about 1/8-inch thick and place on top of toast with cheese.
