2 cups of #SumoRice
-150g Chicken breast
-30g carrot
-1 packet of shimeji mushrooms (If not available, any mushrooms will do)
-1 sheet of deep fired tofu
-1/2 tsp. salt
-2 tbs. soy sauce
-2 tbs. sake (or white grape juice at a 1:3 ratio)
-2 tbs. mirin (or vinegar)
-1tbs. sugar

1. Cut the chicken into about 1 cm sized dice, and slice the carrot, deep fried tofu, and mushrooms. Set the vegetables aside and place it into the rice cooker.
2. Add all the seasonings with water onto the rice in the rice cooker.
3. Put the rice cooker per your rice cooker’s instructions and cook the rice. Once cook, you can serve for 6. Enjoy!
